Plans for the coming year

2018 is drawing to a close. I, for one, will not be sorry to see it go. It’s been a rough year for me and my family. We made it, but not without scars and repercussions that will follow us into the new year. Hopefully, the tentative steps we’ve taken toward a fresh beginning will take hold and lead us into a more promising future.

On a writing level, there have been changes, too. While change is often scary, it also pushes one to strive harder in order to succeed. Which is where I find myself. I self-published my last release and am preparing to release another novel in April. I’m setting up radio interviews and newspaper feature articles. All to get out the word on Madison Granger and my books.

I’ve also added another hat to the pile. Starting in January, I’ll be taking on the role of editor. I’ve already got a few jobs lined up, and I look forward to seeing how this new venture pans out. I still need to keep time to myself for my own writing, so I’m not going overboard with it. Considering all this is still in addition to a full-time job, I have to be cautious of how much I put on my plate.

On that note, I want to wish you the very best for 2019. The slate is clean once again. Fill it with productive endeavors but leave time for fun too. May you have everything you wish for.

Until next time,

~Madison
